Erna Margarete Pietsch Bradford, 84, of Houston died Sunday, February 13, 2011 surrounded by her family.
She is preceded in death by her mother, father, and brother in Germany. She is survived by her children, Margaret Ann Bradford Jamail of Houston, TX; Morgan Earl Bradford and his wife Susan of Houston, TX; Sherry Lynn Bradford of Augusta, GA; grandchildren, Theresa Lynn Jamail Berger, Stephanie Ann Jamail, John Lee Bradford, and Keith Thomas Bradford; great-grandchildren, Sara Berger, Amanda Berger, Owen Bradford, Rennyn Bradford, Hannah Bradford.
She will be missed by all who knew her especially the Children’s Art Project where she was a long time volunteer. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions in Erna’s name to the M.D. Anderson Children’s Art Project www.childrensart.org.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Miller Funeral Chapel, with a reception to follow.
