Obituary for Patrick John McInerney

Patrick John McInerney was born November 29, 1942 to John and Ann McInerney. Patrick served his county in the US Air Force discharging honorably March 17, 1964. After leaving the Air Force Patrick met the first love of his life Susan and they married April 15, 1965. They made their home in Tinley Park, Illinois until 1981 when Patrick was transferred to the Dallas area with Spring Field Tire. Pat and Sue settled in Lewisville, Texas and enjoyed traveling and adventures including a flight on the SST. After 40 year of marriage Sue lost her battle with cancer and Pat met the second love of his life Patsy and they married May 31, 2008. Pat retired in 2008 and he and Patsy loving to travel, and adventure lived in Enumclaw, Washington, and Lake Havasu, Arizona among other places.

He is survived by his loving wife Patsy; three children, Michael and wife Cheryl, Kelly and fiancé Pat Casiday, and Brian and his wife Jackie; stepchildren, Rod Chew and wife Tracy, Stacy Atchison and husband John, Mark Chew and partner Kayla Brunkow; in total 15 grandchildren, Jaclyn Danials, Jill Danials, Drew Guebert, Taylor McInerney, Dani Jefko, Kaegan Cotie, Noah Casiday Ashely Wigley, Courtney Cox, Michael Chew, Matty McBrearty, Andy McBreaty, Logan Atchison, Rayne Chew, Remington Chew; two greatgrandchildren, Isa and Elsie Jefko.

Patrick will be cremated and buried at the Houston National Cemetery. A Celebration of His Life will be held at a later date.
